fash·ion 1fa-sh&n - a distinctive and often habitual manner or way; a prevailing custom, usage, or style 2fashion - to mold or transform; to construct usually with the use of imagination & ingenuity
Fashion is often used to mean the prevailing habitual style or trend of a certain period, but it has a second, more creative definition that I prefer which is to shape with the use of imagination.
While fashion can be timeless and universal, just as importantly it can be immediate and transitory, a catalyst that provokes change or just pokes fun—a bright spark that both lights up a moment and fires up a whole generation. Instead of something habitual, a trend followed with no thought or purpose, fashion can reshape and recreate not just a person’s look, but even more significantly, their outlook.
